My 2009 EX's wipers are misbehaving, intermittent function works sometimes, but other times, the wipers flip to a higher speed on their own. They refused to shut off a couple times until I twisted the entire stalk switch one way then another. I was hoping there would be a simple relay to replace, but I can't seem to find anything on this will all my internet searching. I have seen some discussion of issues with non-parking / non shut-off requiring either a tweak to the motor or replacement. Anyone familiar with the wiper system that can point me in the right direction? Is there a separate relay to try replacing? I'm only a light car DIYer, so if it means pulling the wiper motor, I'm probably off to the shop, but I'd like to see if there's a simple fix / diagnosis I'm missing.
