Carfax is clean. Personal lease vehicle, one owner, then auctioned to the dealership. No maintenance is shown done on carfax.

What should I do besides an engine oil and filter change?

 

Follow the owner's manual and maintenance minder for the service codes.

Generally, the maintenance minder for my car shows tire rotation every 10,000 miles. I usually change the cabin filter and engine air filter every 15,000 miles regardless of the maintenance minder. The cabin filter is way filthier than the engine air filter at 15,000 miles on my car. Very simple DIY job, don't pay to have it done.

 

One other thing, check the rear brake pads. The original rear pads wear fast. There was a settlement regarding the rear brakes; but, the settlement period has already expired.
