2009 V6 Accord CEL + VSA light (p0301)
I'm new to hondas and am trying to help my mom figure out what's happening to her car (2009 V6 Accord Sedan EXL w/ auto tranny).
On 3 separate occasions in the past 3 months, the CEL and VSA light would appear and the car/engine would start shaking. When she would take it in for service, the dealership would state they couldn't find anything and just reset the code. Unfortunately the first time it happened, a local mechanic just reset the code so the lemon law cannot be invoked until there is record of a 3rd visit.
I tried doing some googling to see if others have this issue with their 08/09 accords, but I couldn't find anything. I know the code means a cylinder is misfiring, but we can't seem to reproduce the issue.
Is this a common issue with the 8th gen V6s? What could be the issue here?
