You'll have to do some more troubleshooting to narrow down the problem.
Try checking the fuses with a test light like in the video below. Do this with the key in the II position. Let us know if any fuses have only one side with power (blown fuse), or any fuses that do not have power on either side.
Your car has a fuse box in the engine bay, under the driver's side of the dash, and a fuse box under the passenger's dash. Use a bare metal bolt as your ground when doing the testing inside the cabin. Check all 3 boxes. It is very quick to check all the fuses using the method below.

Awesome video thank you , I have checked all fuses in all 3 fuse boxes for some reason o cannot read codes there is no communication from the obd 2 and the scanner also I don’t see the green key light up on the cluster, I appreciate any and all help

I have the same problem have you figuredit out? I would appreciate it if you would share the fix if you have fixed it
