Hello-New member, be gentle- recently acquired a 2011 3,5 sedan that has been savaged by the CAT thieves; nothing cut, all unbolted (strangely enough). Everything is missing from the 4 bolt CAT flange to the muffler, perhaps a four foot stretch. I have looked at many exhaust train diagrams but cannot find one that adequately shows what exactly I need to buy. Originally a CA car. Is there a pre-CAT missing as well? Thank you
Yeah, have been on that site, entered my VIN, but it shows the catalytic converter assembly separate from the exhaust train so I need to take some measurements to see exactly how many feet of pipe am missing. Have a shop manual on the way next week, may show what I need. Apparently the various trim levels had different converter designs?
The OEM parts drawings probably have the V6 and 4-cylinder accord setups drawn. The parts list will only show items specifically for your VIN, so you may be able to figure out what is missing on the honda parts site.
Hello- A few questions regarding parts no longer there...The car is a 3.5.
First pic, looks like the sheet metal has been cut next to the firewall, perhaps to remove the cat from above the car instead of underneath? Is anyhting else missing?
Driver's side of the car, near the radiator, a two bolt flange with nothing attached. Anything? What belongs there?
Lastly, a photo of the crap fab work done to "block" the passenger side cat. Makes no sense to me, remember the car was stolen and canniblized.
Thanks, Nick passenger side, near firewall
