2011 Honda Accord EX-L V6 P3400 code
My check engine light came on, and when I got it diagnosed I got a P3400 code. I noticed that the last oil change I got the mechanic used the wrong oil. My plan to fix the vehicle is to replace the Rocker Arm Oil Control Solenoid and to change the oil to the correct 0w20. Is there anything else that I might be missing? Also if anyone has access to a Shop Service Repair Manual that would be a great help!

Looks like many possibilities for this code. See link:

If solenoid clicks when activated and has reasonable resistance (10-30 ohms?), then other causes should be investigated.
good luck

Thanks for the link, I've already ordered a replacement solenoid and am changing that this upcoming Sunday. Does anyone have any sources for getting a PDF or free version of the Service Shop Repair Manaual to aid me? I've found a few videos, but wouldn't mind the actual document

Thanks, appreciate the imput. Hopefully it's the solenoid then, which seems like a pretty simple repair. I also plan to clean the oil lines of any debris that may be affecting the oil
pressure itself. Since my car won't switch back into ECO mode then I'm hoping I've pinpointed the issue

There are two separate Honda service bulletins regarding this trouble code.
First check if your oil level is low.
Compare your VIN with the VIN range listed for the 2011 Accords in the TSB No. 11-033. -- If the engine oil is low, a PGM-FI software update (if applicable) may help.
If the engine oil is not low and your car is not within the listed VIN range in TSB 11-033, then see TSB 13-031. The cause may be due to the front and/or rear rocker arm oil pressure switch failing intermittently.
