Default check engine light and P3400 code

Hello,
I have a 2010 Accord Ex automatic v6 with 37000 miles on it
On 4/27/12 I got an oil change at a Honda dealer, I don't know if this is relevant info but I thought I would included it.

One week later as I was pulling into my driveway the check engine light came on and the car started shaking and kind of felt like what my old manual would do when you let the clutch out too fast. I drove it to the dealership and noticed that the shifting of gears was pretty dramatic, and that initial acceleration was very limited.

They ran their diagnostics and came up with the P3400 code and said that I needed a new oil pressure switch.

Has anyone else had experience with an oil pressure switch causing their vehicle to act this way? Is it just coincidence that I got my oil changed a week before this incident?
thanks

Has to do with the VTEC oil pressure switch system, if it's under warranty still, let them do it...coincidence the oil was just changed? Who knows...anythings possible.
