Maybe a junkyard or possibly ebay/craigslist? I remember making a copy is not simple for the DVD, because how the data is written on the DVD (from the outside in vs the typical inside out direction). Maybe there is a way to do it now, because it has been years since I read about this.

 

Ebay has dvd's but they tend to be older versions and are pricey also. Copy protection must be effective or price would be lower.

Occasionally, I get a special offer notice for $99. I haven't seen this offer lately.
