Default 2012 accord exl 4cyl steering wheel vibration at 70 mph is it normal?

Recently purchased my first Honda a 2012 accord exl 4cyl coupe with 73,000 mi one owner dealer maintained. Upon driving at 70 mph I experience a slight shimmering of the steering wheel that varies from road to road way . Is this normal?

It might just be a wheel out-of-balance, which isn't unusual. Nor difficult for any tire-shop to solve. There's other things it MIGHT be, but check the easy stuff first.

If it feels like it's at one particular corner, swap the wheels around & see if the vibration moves to a different corner.
