Default vibration while driving

I am a new Accord owner (2012 SE model) experiencing vibration in my steering wheel when I'm driving between 70-80 mph on the highway. I just got this car a few weeks ago and it was certified, so I don't know what could be making this occur. I want to get some ideas first before I contact the dealership to get an explanation about their certification. I did read before I bought the car that the front or back rotors were re-surfaced so I don't know if that is the cause. Any ideas of what/where to look would be very helpful in my research. Thanks in advanced!

Does the vibration get more severe when you LIGHTLY apply the brakes at over 60 MPH?

What kind of vibration is it? Is it more to the front? Or to the rear? Do you notice it in the steering wheel? Or thru the seat at your butt? What kind of tires are on it? Cheap no name? Or Michelin? Just asking, as each of these places have different meanings for what can cause the vibration. Tires can also be suspect in vibrations as well.
