Having trouble locating the relay for the lights. Can anyone direct me where to go?

Actually I don't know what would cause the highbeam to have constant power to it

Is the high beam that is remaining lit, on full brightness or reduced brightness? The reason I ask is because the DRL are used by the same bulb; but, at reduced brightness.

Also, what trim level is your Accord? Does it have automatic lighting?

Regardless, If you want to disable the passenger side high beam, pull the passenger side Fuse No. 1 (10A).

It stays on real bright. I pull the fuse and it turns off. Its only the passenger side that does it. I need to pin point this so when inspection comes it will pass

The right high beam control circuit is part of the passenger side multiplex integrated control unit (micu). There may be a short in a component inside the micu (the micu is incorporated as part of the fuse box).

Try a battery cable reset to see if it changes anything with the micu. Disconnect the negative cable (disconnect negative first) and then positive cable. Then connect them together with a jumper wire for 15 minutes. -- Do not touch the battery terminals. You'll need the radio's anti-theft code afterward. See the attached Honda Service News excerpt, which has a variation of the battery cable reset which requires turning the ignition on and off; but, only requires 10 minutes. The 15 minute reset doesn't require turning the ignition ON, etc.
