2012 Accord Spark Plugs?
I have a 2012 Accord 4-cylinder. What model spark plugs do I need? I don't know how to tell if my vehicle is a PZEV or ULEV. Apparently this dictates what model of spark plug is required. I am located in TX and I am pretty confident the vehicle was originally purchased in TX. Just in case PZEV is a CA thing. I looked under the hood and didn't see anything calling out PZEV. Assuming it is the ULEV style, is there a preference for Denso vs. NGK? Thanks.

There is an emission sticker under the hood (at the top), should be on driver's side front that will say whether it is PZEV, etc.
An alternative is to enter your VIN at a Honda internet site like Bernardi Honda Parts and it will show the info.
In the owner's manual, Honda list NGK for the PZEV (the NGK for the PZEV is a different part number); and NGK or Denso for the ULEV. I used both NGK and Denso in various cars and years and in my opinion, they are both high quality. I have never noticed any real perceptible differences in quality or performance.
