2013 accord exl. Manuel key

I have a 2013 accord with keyless system. However there is a key hole on the drivers side. Did the dealer forget to give me keys?

I think there's a physical key hidden inside the remote fob, in case your battery dies & the power locks dont work. Check the owner's manual.
