Default 2016 Accord Headlights - trim level

Thank you for accepting me in your forum and hope someone might have information needed. My daughter has a well-cared for 2016 Accord EX L. The headlamps have a ribbon of Led lights on the bottom portion of the headlamp and the right side has stopped lighting up completely. Perhaps only half of the ribbon led is lighting up. I have heard that issues like this require replacement rather than repair.
The issue is that there are 5 or 6 trim levels with each lamp having substantially different prices. The top-of-the-line Touring headlamp is $177 on cheaphondaparts.com while the EX L is priced at $373. Are these headlamps interchangeable with the same look and functions? I searched here without success. Please forgive me if I overlooked or used incorrect search terms.

right side, headlamp bottom ribbon not lighting up.

Left side, bottom ribbon fully lit up. Might be cheaper to replace both lamps with lamps from another trim?

There is a 10 year extended warranty on the Daytime Running Lights LEDs.

I don't know if the shape is different or just the electrical connections through the trim levels. You can look at the OEM hood part number and OEM bumper part number between trims. If they are the same, then the headlight has to be the same shape.

The video below may be an option to repair. I suspect one of the LEDs is burned out on the circuit board and they illuminate the tube, but I'm not 100% sure. Looks like the circuit board is available to purchase.

Another option is to unplug the DRL and not fix it. Probably the simplest option.
