4x114.3 car to 4x100 rim adpator?

Hey guys I'm new, I was wondering if this would work for my 2000 honda accord coupe for rims that i got and if people recommend it?

Looks like junk to me. It'll act as a wheel spacer as well... about a +38mm spacer, which is huge.

Why did you buy wheels that don't fit correctly?
