Hello everyone.
I juz have the car for 3 weeks and discovered a lots of fun from the car. I have 05' Accord V6 Navi.
Today, when i shift the gear to PARK, and I tried to raise the rpm gradually, but the rpm kind of stuck at ard 5000-5200 rpm.
1. Visually - the indicator kind of stuck there and shift up and down around 5K -5.2K rpm
2. Sound - The engine reved up and down too. Can feel the whole car shake.
My question are
1. Is this normal?
2. Is that mean my accord has a limiter on it?
Please advice, I would be very appreciated. Thank you.

 

that's one of the rev limiters to help keep people from being stupid.

Question: Why would you want to redline the vehicle when you are in PARK? o.O
