Every member on here will have a different opinion about motor oil.
As long as you change the oil at the proper interval, use the proper weight oil, and the oil has the API seal of approval on it, then you should be good. Also change the oil filter at the proper interval.
Check the oil level whenever you fill up, because low oil can cause engine damage.

I change it every 3K miles. I use to use 5 quarts and someone said 4 should be the right amount. I change the oil filter with my oil change every 3K miles.
