Default 6th gen L4 types of iacv

Hello
There are 2 types of iacv- one has a vacuum port that connects to the inlet manifold, the
other one doesn’t and costs hundreds less.
A basic model I’m currently parting out has the former, whilst my car and another one I parted out are the higher trim level and have the latter.
Any idea what’s the difference?

I'm only aware of an older (up to 1997) and newer (1998 onwards) type. But that's for USA cars.
