Please help -84 Honda Accord...wont start-has battery power-lights work, flashers work but nothing when you turn the switch. appears that guages on the dash aren't working either....is there a fuse that could be out? Does anyone have any information?

 

Could be? Do you have a volt meter/test light, if so have someone try to start the are as you test the voltage at the small wire going to the starter.

Be sure the cables on the battery are clean and tight as well.

Let us know what you find.
