I was hoping Poorman212 would chime in since he likes that vintage.
What 89 Accord? Carburated or injected? If carbureted, I was thinking the choke control because it may have an antifreeze connection.
You said "throttle body" so I looked at LXi cars but Majestic took down many of the parts drawings when the parts are no longer available.

He wakes up....sorry. FITV is just behind the TPS (aka Throttle Angle sensor in this gen).....just in front of the TPS there is another coolant nipple.
So I think you are seeing the TPS with the wires - no coolant would be coming from it. However just behind that or more towards the center of the firewall is the FITV.
Check those small coolant lines to the FITV and the TB to be sure one does't have a split in it and spitting coolant onto the TPS.
Just for grins - what kind of 3rd gen do you have? The only 3rd gen I have left in the driveway is the 89 LXi 5 speed coupe.

If need be let me know and I can take a "real" picture of mine this Saturday - those pic's are from my service manual I have for my 89 Accord. It is due to be started and ran for a few minutes anyway.
EDIT: And I cheated and changed the title to the thread to catch my attention going forward
