89 LX-i throttle body
Ok lets see how this goes.....in your pic I notice the coolant hose coming from the "front/intake" side of the TB looks like it is leaking - brownish residue on the hose and one pic it even looked wet.
Un-do the clamp holding the hoes to the TB, then wiggle the rubber boot and plastic part from the TB. Top the coolant in the rad, start the car and watch the area circled in blue and especially where the read arrow is and see if the coolant is coming from that hose.
I'm going to post this, then see what the pic's look like once I do....might have to edit some more on the pic's and or add more comments.

Ok, didn't come out too bad....the first pic is yours, I added a blue circle in the lower centerish around the coolant hose that looks to be the issue...the red arrow to what looks like a "wet spot" on the hose.
The second pic is from my son's 89 LXi, again the blue arrow is what I'm trying to show....last the third pic - from the service manual has a "black solid" arrow with a label of "coolant".
Again, top off the coolant. Remove the rubber boot from the TB (loosen the clamps) - you'll need to pull the hose from the PCV that connects close to the front of the TB as well. Start the car and watch that area closely.

You posted this as I was typing. The "black part" is the Throttle Angle Sensor (aka Throttle Position Sensor = TPS). I don't know how else to say this so don't take this the wrong way - That "black part" IS NOT THE SOURCE OF COOLANT LEAKING. The TPS has no contact/interaction with the coolant on this car.
Easier than I thought.
Two ways to go about this. 19508-PK2-000 is the OE part number, in a parts store you are going to end up with a "somewhat" generic molded hose - in the old Gates Hose catalog I have it shows up as PN# 18020. I can scan the page in if needed.
That hose goes from the TB to the FITV.
