Default 90 Accord DX manual 2.2 jrjjr67

Ok, I am lost. I can get the car to turn over, but not run. I have replaced the ECU, Coil, main relay, igniter, spark plugs, and distributor. I have checked the DC/CYL/Crank angle sensor and it reads good. I can hear the fuel pump when I turn the car on and have even smelled fuel on the plugs after turning it over. It has spark to all 4 wires, but wont even kick with starting fluid. I'm going crazy (and spending a lot) but am at a loss. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks
( I was told the timing belt was replaced 6 months ago)

Check for error codes?
Measure compression?

Thank you. My book says to use a paperclip to access the error codes by reading them off of the check engine light. When I do this, the check engine light just stays on and does not flash any codes. I will try the compression.

Do you have the spark plug wires hooked up in the correct order on the distributor cap? The firing order is 1, 3, 4, 2.

Start at #1 when facing the distributor from the passenger tire, the next wire clockwise should be #3, then 4, then 2.

If you have a Honda distributor cap. the #1 post has a mark.

Why the new pump? Are you not getting fuel to the injectors?

Thanks for all of your help! It seems that I sheared off a pin that allowed the timing to jump off. I adjusted it back and it started right up. It runs good until warm, then the timing jumos off. Any ideas? Thanks

What pin did you shear off?
