I would also have to agree with PAhonda.

Negative partner!your rite about both fans on when a/c is lit,
The radiator fan will kick on somewhere around 189 and 199 degrees f.;the condenser fan should kick on around 220 and 232 degrees f.
so what im saying if you could understand?both fans should not be running unless temp reaches or exceeds 220 degrees!
maybe you miss understood me or i didnt explain myself as to where you could understand?
any how lets help get this car back on the road!no hard feelings ok cause every lil thing is gona be alrite!

^ This is incorrect.

Refer to this thread regarding operation of the fans.
https://www.hondaaccordforum.com/for...similar-44973/

When the coolant temperature at the thermo-switch A (thermo-switch A located on/around the t-stat housing, lower radiator hose) is ~194 degrees; both radiator fan and condenser fan should turn on.

When the car is turned off, if the coolant temperature near Thermo-switch B (thermo-switch B-upper radiator hose) is ~226 degrees, the radiator fan only should turn on and run for a short period of time.

I'm slow here so let me say sorry up front.

Lets see if we can get the temp under control and then address the CEL.

If the car is overheating - need to verify that it is getting that hot and not an issue with the "sender" or wire. Have you changed the t-stat, be careful of the wire that is held on by one of the bolts. It is the main ground for the ECU so that wire connection needs to be clean and tight.

When done be sure to bleed the air from the cooling system.

Jump the wires to thermo a - green connector on the t-stat housing - with the key on. Do BOTH fans on the radiator turn on?
