91 Accord-Code 7 Help

I got the sports light on my 91 accord blinking and i did the whole self check and i got the code 7 which i believe it to be a problem with the TDC position am i correct or is there something else it blinks 7 times all the same blink (fast).

Which light blinked seven times

ECU-CEL= TPS
TCU-D4 or Sprt light =Shift Solenoid 'A' circuit open or shorted
