'99 Accord not starting
Issue just started happening. I think the problem is electrical, but not sure. My radio, headlights, inside lights, etc all come on when I turn the key once, but when I turn the key to ON then they all dim significantly (kind of pulsing on/off a little bit too) and the car won't start. There is no clicking noise or anything like that. The battery isn't dead either.
Any help would be appreciated. It is a '99 Accord EX 4 cylinder automatic.

Battery voltage was A at rest and X when trying to start? How old is the battery?
Suggest checking the cables (all ends of both + & -) to be sure they are clean and tight as a start.
Any recent work done to the car?

The battery is about 2 years old. The VTEC solenoid went out recently and there has been a little bit of a hard shift on first gear. I will make sure to check all the cables and connections first thing in the morning. Hoping it's something relatively minor and simple.
