91 Accord EX problems

Well just joined to see if anyone here has any ideas on these problems.
1) 1 day my lowest windshield wiper setting, cigarette lighter, rear defroster, door lights, and trunk light all stopped working. I don't know if there is some switch that controls all them things, but all them just stop working at once is kind of strange.
2) If I have my heater on only using inside car air it will fog my windows up horribly, but if I use outside air windows don't get fogged up at all (but it provides not much heat that way).
3) My dome light only worked when I got the car, few weeks later it stopped working, I'm sure just a bad ground. But if you have any ideas on where to look that'd be great (I have replaced the fuse).
Hopefully someone here has some ideas, kinda sucks having no interior lights besides inside glove compartment and instrument cluster/radio. Thanks.

1) Don't know, I don't have wiring drawings for '91...
2) Normal. I'd be surprised if your Tauri or any other car behaved any differently. You need fresh air, so you're not re-using the same DAMP air.
3) Use a voltmeter to check each side of the bulb terminals, to a good ground. I think the lamp is always powered, & the door-switches close the ground side of the circuit. If the lamp has power, then look at each of the door switches for corrosion.
