Check the connections and wiring (both ground and power) at the fuse box too.

I was thinking about it, depending on how Honda had the ground wire(s) at ground location G402 for your generation Accord, it may be several wires going to a grounding block and then bolted to the chassis or just several wires connected an eyelet and then bolted. You may also want to take a look there too.
