Default 91 Accord EX Transmission Oil ???????

I just changed out the clutch master and slave cylinder on my 91 accord, the master was leaking. Now I am wanting to change out the tranny fluid. I have read several different things about using regular motor oirl to redline MTF. The car has about 240k miles on it. Any recomendation on what to use. Would a real heavy motor oil help to prolong the life of the tranny. Thanks.

DO NOT and i repeat DO NOT use anything heavier than 10 w 30 on the tranny, any brand will do , and never use gear oil 80-90 w .

I used some redline MTF and noticed a slight decrease in shift effort at cold temps.
