Where would I find the turn signal flasher

like a strobe ? or like a the bulb for the turn signal?

both of my turn signals dont work, but the hazards do, and i got pulled over and the cop told me when i press the brake the ambers come on as well which he showed me when we wen tto the back of th4e car. any idea why?
