Flasher is ticking
When you say it puts another flasher in, do you mean a new bulb?
Pontiacs have a similiar issue and it has to deal with the turn signal switch. For Pontiac's, a dirty turn signal switch causes the problem.
For a grand am you need to remove the multi-switch, take off the cover, clean the contacts inside with a q-tip, and put some fresh dielectric grease in there.
This a Pontiac fix, so it might work for the Accord, but don't quote me. You should disconnect the 20 pin connector from the turn signal switch to verify that the switch is the problem.
Does anyone else have some suggestions?
