I have a 91 Accord, 2.2L that has trouble starting, when it's cold it turns over and over and I have to hold the key in starting position for like 10 seconds for it to fire up, when it does fire up it has a low idle for a few seconds then it starts running fine, when it's running there's no missing or anything...If i turn it off then start it up again it starts fine, this only happens when the car has been sitting for a little while...Any suggestions?

 

Do a search on here for "main relay" and follow the tests it gives you.

Then report back your findings to this thread.

Also pull your ECU codes and report those back here as well.

One I'd like to add, does the "speed" of the starter seem to be different. Meaning on this cold start, is the starter spinning the motor slower than the other times?
