Just replaced the VSS on my son's car. Spedometer working again, and that silly "S" light not illuminated on dash. Good deal.
Posted this thread to alert folks to the price I paid. Honda dealer gets $200, local auto stores get $150, and I paid $9 for one on Ebay. Wow.
Was very hesitant given the radical difference in price. Only downside is the electrical connector. It doesn't shove all the way into the harness connector on car side so as to make the "click" lock . But...its not coming loose and works like a champ.
