Exclamation 91 Accord won't start.

So I was driving home today and i got to a red light and my 91 accord lx's RPMs started to drop so I gave it some gas to try and keep the RPM's normal but the RPMs kept going up and down and then it stalled so then I had to push it in to a parking lot and now I can't get it started. When I turn the key the car tries to start but the engine never fires. I tested my batter and its good. I check my fuel pump and heard it running I'm at a loss any ideas what it could be? Thanks for your help. Its still in the parking lot btw....

when it stalled did it feel as if you were running out of gas?

If so, check to see that you have fuel actually making making it to the fuel rail

My friend thought that's what it might be and we were going to check the fuel rail but we couldn't find it. Do you know where it is?

the fuel rail sits just behind the valve cover and the injectors come out of the bottom and go into the cylinders in block
