Default 91 honda accord hesitates

Need help! I have a 91' accord that runs fine for a while, but every now and then losses power. You can push the gas pedal and it will pop but if you let off the gas and wait afew seconds and press it again its fine. I have checked the fuel filter, fuel pressure, the ECU code is a 43, fuel system.

excellent.....are there any other codes coming up? like the o2 sensor. i would check it to make sure that is within spec and if it is then i would start looking at the injectors as a possible suspect. there are someother things. it may be an electrical issue but i think that is unlikely..so here are the possibilities. the fuel pump...which is obviously working.. then the injectors and the fuel pressure regulator....i bet its one sticky injector. there is an outside chance its a spark issue, like a bad plug or wire....

most likely you got a bad o2 sensor,, .. chk the connection at the o2 sensor, make sure there is no contamination of any kind...

I had a extra distributor on an old blown engine,so I swapped 'em out,and I also replaced the injector resistor because the resistance value twice what the specs call for. It's been doing better so far , I'll post again tomorrow to let ya'll know if that fixed it. Thank's for your help.
