Exclamation 91 honda accord running poorly

i had a problem with engine performance when holding accelerator steady at 3k RPMs...the car would bog down after 30-45 seconds...and also when driving....after CEL came on car would run better but still lacked power....i pulled code 43 off the ECU...Researched and seen its for Fuel System Supply...but i read forums that say o2 sensor was problem.....I replaced o2 sensor and reset ECU...No more codes and also car doesn't bog down if held steady at 3k RPMS...But car still lacks power as if riding the brake....but that's not the case..also idle is bouncing between 500-750 RPMs..I would appreciate any advise/feedback
Thanks

Are the tune up items up to date - cap, rotor, plugs, inspect wires?

Can't hurt to clean the TB and IACV as well.

How does it preform when cold?

i the process of tune up....so far i've done filter changes oil change, plugs, cleaned EGR, replaced o2 sensor, was goin' for cap, rotor, and wireset next...i was thinking maybe cat converter could be clogged going to drill hole in front of it to see if it makes a change....

If you are not sure when the cap/rotor were last done - replace them, at least you have a baseline for when they are do. You can check the wear on the contacts, look for any "tracking" marks ect....but they are maint/wear items.

The wires, test the resistance. Then inspect the outer cover for cracks or tears.

Do you have a timing light ?

Also, one thing - kind of sounds like the car is "new to you", this is why I'm trying to rule out normal tune up/maint items.
