91 honda accord surging when cold
Hello, I'm sorry if this question has been asked hundreds of times, but I NEED to get to the bottom of the issue on my 1991 Honda accord.
I bought this car from a kid that beat the hell out of it, I put a new IACV in it, did a oil change on it and bleed the coolant.
my car has a surging when cold and only when cold. bounce's between 1k-2k and it goes drops down to 1k-15k and it keep's going down until
it get's warmed up and idle's a 500.
The bad-|
exhaust not connected right at the downpipe to to manifold
(exhaust no flex pipe section missing)
RPM'S bump a "little" when I let off the brake
Any help would be awesome
