'91 Speedometer off
Everything is stock, I just got it so don't know the history of the car though. Speedometer works, but it's low. It's correct until about 20 it seems, but after that it's slow. What should I be checking first?

Does the check engine light turn on, and/or the S light or D4 light when driving? I would still check for engine codes. See the common diy thread on top of the gen tech help forum for a link to check CELs.
