I was wondering if a driver side upper control arm is the same as a passenger side? I have a extra driver side control arm. I think my passenger side is shot. Can I slap that onto the pass. Side?

The left and right side upper control arm are different. The OEM p/n for the right side is 51450-SM4-023, and the left side is 51460-SM4-023. As evidence by the differing part numbers, each respective upper control arm is specific to a side of your Accord.
