92 accord clunking/tapping noise with tire rotation
Hey all,
Just bought a used 92 Honda accord thinking it only needed a new CV boot because it makes the clunking noise when I turn. But also when the wheels are turning(after I've been driving for about 5 minutes usually), (not just when the car is turning... even when it's going straight)I can hear and feel a sort of clunking ( but it's more like a tapping or the sound you hear when pop corn is popping). When I put my foot on the break however, the noise stops. Just wondering if anyone had a guess as to what this might be (knowing the cv boot needs replacing). I'd appreciate the help!

There is no simple answer. You will have to find out what else is causing your noise, because a lot of suspension parts can cause noises.
If the CV joint is making a noise, just replacing the boot will not stop the noise.
