hey guys,i have a 92 coupe,the cluster quit the other day,put a replacement in this morning....nothing....only thing different is now the cluster lights wont come on in the replacement,,no tach,no speedo,temp,fuel ,everything else works,heater,radio,wipers,signals,...all fuses are good,under dash and under hood...so,now i have a short i guess...and wiring is not my specialty..i know the clusters are a common issue,i just dont want to be chasing my tail....can someone tell me where to start...or if you have had this happen to you..?..thanks

Was this part a new part or a salvage part that you bought..Take it back out and power it up with jumper wires to see if it works..before you put it in...if it powers up with battery & jumper wires then you more than likely may have a loose connection or bad switch..
