92 accord coupe leaking water in passenger floor and trunk
ok so everytime it rains bad the passnger floor well is soaked with water and i have no idea why . my heater and ac both work but after that hard rain when i turn on the air i smell the mildew smell for the first couple minutes then back to normal. and about the trunk i think that the weather stripping is missing at the top of the trunk by the rear windshiled but once open the stripping once the trunk is open looks fine but will have to double check . also there is a hole in the bottom of the trunk floor no spare there and no trunk cover i just had to throw a bunch of stuff out as it was all mildewed and nasty. any ideas please

Check to see if the door is filled with water. Sometimes the drains inside of the door can get clogged up.
Seals can be tricky to quickly spot a problem.
The rear headlight seals seem to be a common problem with leaks in the trunk.
One way to try to isolate the leak is to take a garden hose and put it on the windshield, then look to see if you are getting water in the car. If you do this when the car is dry, you can try laying newspaper down to see if you can figure out where the leak started.
You can do the newspaper test for the trunk as well.

... on trunk water leak. My son's '93 Accord had leaking to wet down trunk contents.
Honda shop did fair amount of looking and said it was the seals/gaskets around the tail lights.
Didn't compute to me, but new seals between plastic lens and body were put in and the leaks stopped.
So I don't know everything.
