92 accord, difficult to start when cold

I checked between the wires... I thought the other wire was ground?!?!
yes if you check between them both and had 5+ volts then that means the ground wire is working correctly.

the book says to first test between the power wire (red/white) and ground then check each wire together.

But actually as long as you see +5 volts between the two that would mean both wires are not broken and working correctly.

I would check ebay for ecu.
Pull yours out and get the code off it and search by that code.

also a question for those on the forum that know more about the 4th gens, since the 4th gen used the f22 and was OBD1 isn't the ECU from a 95 the same?

I have a 95 ECU here that you could have for $25 shipped.

IGNORE THAT - i SOLD THE 95 ecu ALREADY.

That one is OBD2 from a 97 accord

ok I just pulled my ecu # it's 37820-pt3-l04 aperantly this car was ment for CA...I'm in WA, does it really matter that I replace it with the exact same one?

I am going to say that any non-vtec 90-93 ECU will work fine.
