Here's one, had an issue with it awhile back where it would just die for no real good reason, anytime, anywhere. The problem was the ignition switch, the electrical contact part of the switch mechanism, apparently the contacts were wore out (or maybe dirty) just enough to cause the car to shut off engine. The key symptom here is the dash lights go out, no battery light nothing. I guess this is a common issue with Accords but I had never heard of before. $60 for a new switch or you could probably pop the contacts apart and clean them and get but for a while....

 

Kinda common with Hondas. I've heard that might be related to heavy keychains...?

 

I figured I would add some info. Yes I have heard it could be caused by heavy key rings also, kinda have a hard time to believe that could wear out the electrical portion of the switch. I took the old switch apart after I replaced it, pretty easy to do so.. Looks to me that maybe just cleaning the contacts would fix the issue or at least it could not hurt to try. Pictures attached.
