Check the main fuse in fusebox under hood that goes to interior fuse panel to see if its blown

Look in the fuse panel under the hood and checkout fuse #19, its a large 50A fuse. Should be labeled on the panel lid as Ignition switch (bat), option connector D.

I would generally check all the fuses just in case and if you find any blown fuses go ahead and replace them.

Let me know how that goes and we'll go from there

What if anything was recently done to the car...replaced X, battery died, jump started a buddy....or I just walked outside and nothing worked?

What is and isnt working inside the car?

Have you used a test light or multimeter to check for power on any of the interior fuses?

I may be wrong here but i know on my 96 ex i dont get power to the interior fuse panel until the ignition is turned on. It sounds to me that perhaps yours is the same way and the trouble your having is the ignition switch that arched and blew your ign fuse is the culprit.
