92 Accord lx instrument panel not working

Just got a 92 LX 4 dr and the instrument panel does not work. Back lighting works and everything else electrical, but speedo, tach, temp, and fuel does not work. Any suggestions?

Start with the simple stuff and that is fuses. Under the dash and under the hood are fuse boxes. Examine all fuses.
