'92 Accord Stalling

I'm trying to help a friend out.
She has a 1992 Honda Accord. High miles.
Recently she began experiencing it stalling when driving down the road.
She'd coast to the shoulder, and restart it.
More recently she's found she has to let it sit for an indeterminate amount of time before it will start again.
She told me today that it seems to happen when she is slowing down, for example to turn a corner.
I've been doing some research, and it seems it could be most likely one of the following:
1) Main Relay
2) Igniter
3) ECU
4) ICM (same as igntier?)
Your thoughts are greatly appreciated.
Thank You
