96 V6 Speedometer

Default 96 V6 Speedometer

My gauges dont work anymore can I swap out one from a non V6 model,they appear to look the same?

go to a parts site like honda parts now or majestic honda and look up the cluster part number for your V6 and the donor car.

I would only swap using the same part numbers to ensure that you will have no headaches.

Also, are all of your gauges out, or some specific ones? If all are out, then the cluster or the wiring are the likely culprit.

My guess is you need a V-6 cluster. Tach signal on a V-6 comes from the coil. Tach signal on a 4-cyl comes from the ignitor. Those signals are very different, so I bet it won't work. Besides, the tach would be off 50% because of the number of cylinders...
