Default 92 Accord windshield weathering strip fixing

Hello,
92 Accord 2.2L AT 233k. The windshield weathering strip is popped up. I use tape as a temporary fix and look for a permanent solution.
Does anyone have any ideas? Thank you for your help.
Ted

The upper molding requires the use of clips. It is possible clips may be damaged, missing, and/or not installed properly.

There are 4 yellow clips (Clip A) that are supposed to be attached to the upper molding, and 5 green clips (Clip B) on the body.

Refer to the service manual starting at page 723 of this pdf link:

Thank you for your quick response, and link to the manual. I'll read it to see what to do. It's a little strange that there are 4 clips A but 5 clips B.
Thank you Mr. Redbull-1

The clips likely do not connect to each other; but at spots in between each other.
