92 fuel pump
Starts fine most of the time but also at times will crank and not fire. The pump sound stops and is believed to be the reason. Before getting into the pump, could a ground be an issue? I turn the key off and on,then eventually I hear the pump power up and all is good. Is is a power or a pump issue. If it is a pump does tank have to come down? 92 wagon

You may want to check the main relay first.
