Default 92 LX wont start!!

hey i have a 92 accord lx like the title says and it wont start. it wouldnt start at random times before but if i tried it then waited a minute it would turn on. now it just stopped wanting to start. it is getting fuel it seems like and is turning over its just not getting a spark to fire at least thats what it seems like. i replaced the distributor cap, rotor, and spark plugs and it didnt really change anything. could it be my actual distributor or what else would make it do that?

Default RE: 92 LX wont start!!

You need to test if the no-start is from lack of spark or lack of fuel. Hook a spark plug wire to one of the old plugs. Ground the threads to the engine block and have someone try to start the car. You should see a bright blue/white spark.

As for fuel, try to listen for the fuel pump when you initially turn key to the II position. The pump is only on for a couple of seconds and had a faint whirling/buzzing sound. Have an assistant turn the key to II and listen at the gas cap.
